With more than 38 choices of Cantonese and Szechuan cuisine, including live-roasted Peking duck, crispy pork carving stations and a prosperous Yu Sheng, which symbolise abundance of wealth and a long life. The Lunar New Year Buffet Dinner is priced at THB 1,288 net for adults and THB 650 net for children ages six to 11 years old, which includes free flowing juice and Chinese tea, and THB 1,888 net per person for free flowing draft beer and wines.
Lunar New Year Dim Sum Buffet Lunch – February 5 and 6, 2019
The chefs at White Lotus have created new dim sum delights specifically for the Lunar New Year Dim Sum Buffet Lunch on February 5 and 6, 2019. Featuring more than 35 dim sum selections, the menu consists of classic Cantonese and Szechuan flavors with the chef’s own innovations. Gather with friends and family over quintessential steamed choices which include fresh shrimp ‘har gow’, pork ‘siew mai’, barbecued pork buns, mapo tofu, sweet cream buns and homemade shrimp rice rolls, amongst others. Deep-fried selections include shrimp cakes, turnip cakes and shrimp dumplings wrapped with bean curd. Using quality ingredients, dim sum at the White Lotus is made to order to ensure the utmost freshness. The Lunar New Year Dim Sum Buffet Lunch is priced at THB 680 net per person including free flowing Chinese tea and THB 340 net for children ages six to 11 years old.
Lion Dance Performance
The resort will be having a lion dance performance on February 5, 2019. The lion dance is a traditional form of dance in Chinese culture designed to usher in luck and prosperity and drive away negativity.
