Stark & Stark Retained by Victim Injured by Falling Bricks in Center City Philadelphia

YARDLEY, Pa., May 18, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Stark & Stark announced it has been retained to represent Clint B. Walters, a construction worker who was hurt by falling bricks in Center City Philadelphia.

On the morning of May 11, Mr. Walters was hit by bricks that may have fallen from a painting company’s platform nine stories up at Juniper and Sansom streets. The victim, a union carpenter, was wearing a hard hat but suffered multiple fractures. He was taken to Jefferson Hospital and has returned there for follow up regarding internal injuries.
