Pinewell Capital Completes Its 5th Investment, Acquiring One of the Leading Manufacturers of Military-Grade Performance Inflatables

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., May 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Pinewell Capital LLC, a Scottsdale, Arizona based private equity investment firm, announced today that they have successfully completed the acquisition of Picayune, Mississippi based Avon Engineered Fabrications Inc. (AEF), marking its 5^th investment. AEF, established in 1983, is a leading manufacturer of military-grade performance inflatable products to various DoD and US military branches, as well as the other commercial clients worldwide.
