Meet DANIEL ROEBUCK, the Director & Star of "GETTING GRACE"

WASHINGTON, March 6, 2018 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ — Veteran character actor DANIEL ROEBUCK has embarked on a 26-city Bus Tour to support the March 23 theatrical opening of “GETTING GRACE,” an acclaimed family feature which he wrote, directed and stars. Mr. Roebuck will be appearing at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. on Thursday to discuss the unusual theme of the movie and its unique marketing campaign. A word-of-mouth screening of the film will also be held on Thursday night at 7:30-pm at the Regal Majestic 20 theatre in Silver Spring, MD. Admission to the screening is free, and seats are open to the public, but tickets are limited and must be reserved via Eventbrite.

Daniel Roebuck is a widely recognized star from over 100 feature film roles (including “THE FUGITIVE”, “U.S. MARSHALS” and the current Christian theatrical hit “LET THERE BE LIGHT”) as well as from the enormously successful TV series recurring roles in “LOST” and 8-seasons of “MATLOCK” with Andy Griffith. He is joined by newcomer MADELYN DUNDON in “Getting Grace,” a film about a teenaged girl’s unusual response to a terminal cancer diagnosis. Other stars include Dana Ashbrook, Marsha Dietlein and Dwayne Whittaker. The film is rated PG-13 and has already won the best picture accolade at two, major film festivals.

“GETTING GRACE” is being distributed to theatres beginning March 23 by Hannover House, Inc., a leading distributor of independent films. Major theatre circuits supporting the film’s release include AMC, Regal, Cinemark, Harkins, Marcus, Malco and U.E.C. Theatres.
