Key Quotes

  • Giorgio Mulé, Editor in Chief of Panorama: “This is Italy has an ambitious objective: to represent the best of Italy in a variety of industries where Italy boasts leadership through a relentless search for excellence. From cooking to fashion, from industry to culture – all sectors are crossed and shaped by high-tech. Italy masters that as well.  It means the future of the industry. Illustrating Italy to a large country such as America is the greatest challenge. To avoid falling into the platitudes and to be ambassadors of a country proudly rooted in the twenty-first century.”
  • Fernando Napolitano CEO of the Italian Business & Investment Initiative: “Panorama  is the first Italian publishing group to accept the challenge of re-positioning of Italy in the high-end New York business community that drives billions of dollars of investments and it is cognizant of the complexity. A long time horizon is needed by such an enterprise. For a country that does not communicate in English to the rest of the world, this commitment is paramount: it is the watershed between the traditional “toccata e fuga” by Italy’s leaders that land in New York for the photo-opportunity with a US VIP for the consumption of the domestic newspapers and the long-term strategic pragmatism based on continuity, professionalism and reliability.”
