Former Guam Senator Régine Biscoe Lee Takes Lead Role in Tourism.
The Guam Visitors Bureau (GVB) is pleased to introduce its new President and Chief Executive Officer, Régine Biscoe Lee. Lee took office on March 11, 2025, at the GVB headquarters in Tumon. The GVB Board of Directors selected Lee after its search committee considered thirteen applicants for the position.
A native daughter of Guam, Lee is an Asian/Pacific Islander community leader best known for her service as a senator in the 34th & 35th Guam Legislatures. Her legislative work continues to strengthen Guam’s workforce, support small business, bolster regional alliances, and protect our environment, all of which create a strong foundation and mission alignment for her lead role at GVB.
In addition to her term as Senator, Lee has also served as a Congressional Policy Advisor, Legislative Chief of Staff, a delegate for Guam to multiple Democratic National Conventions, and the National Committeewoman for the 2024 DNC. Lee was also selected by the Obama Foundation for their inaugural cohort of Leaders: Asia-Pacific (2019), by the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights as Guam Advisory Board member for the inaugural USCCR Advisory Committee (2022) and by APAICS (Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies) to serve on their Advisory Council (2024).

Lee has also been a long-time consultant for businesses, government agencies, and local and global non-profits, and is currently the Vice President of Amphibious Aquatics, Secretary of the Guam Women’s Chamber of Commerce and on the Board of Famalao’an Rights.
She has been recognized for her work on behalf of veterans and working families and for ensuring a sustainable future for Guam.
