Centara appoints new General Manager for new COSI hotel on Samui

Centara Hotels & Resorts announced the appointment of Vatmongkol Rasisawas to manage its new COSI hotel on Thailand’s Samui island. Ms. Vatmongkol will take over responsibility for the first hotel of Centara’s new COSI brand, launched by Centara last December. The hotel is located on Samui’s popular Chaweng beach.

Ms. Vatmongkol brings 15 years of experience and knowledge working for leading 5-star hotels in Bangkok and in Pattaya to Centara’s first COSI brand hotel. She is familiar with Centara, having previously worked at their flag-ship Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld. Before rejoining Centara, she was General Manager at Sovereign Group Hotel in Bangkok. She holds a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Derby in the UK and the Swiss Hotel Management School in Switzerland.
