Ismael Cala shines in TEDxRoma with an astonishing lecture about Neutrality and Mental Health

May 29, 2018 by forimmediaterelease.net -

ROME, May 29, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Strategist and communicator Ismael Cala keeps moving forward in his career by participating in TEDxRoma, with a lecture on neutrality and mental health. He was the only Hispanic guest at the event.

“Can each one of you remain neutral for the next few minutes?” Cala asked to a packed auditorium with over one thousand participants at Rome’s La Nuvola Convention Center in the Italian capital.

By drawing on his own history of personal achievement, Cala elucidated about how “being neutral is a human dilemma, since we are trained and programmed to find truth and arrive at a definite opinion about all we know, all we think to know, and things we don’t even know.”

He highlighted that “most of the time we obsess about being right instead of being happy,” because our own mental maps betray us. “Our brain can’t stand to leave an unanswered question, and always wants to be right,” he remarked.

In the lecture, which was given in English, Ismael presented three keys, derived from his personal experience, on how to enhance happiness and success:

1- Diagnosing awareness: Observing ourselves constantly. Monitoring our own emotions and reactions. Studying our brain, reconnecting our minds, and raising our awareness. Once we find this awareness, we empower ourselves as great observers and creators.

2- Being like bamboos: Bamboos are empty and flexible. They bend to face the wind and can survive in any climate. Flexibility helps us to navigate the river of uncertainty.

3- Smiling: Would we rather be right or be happy? If we want a peaceful life, we must start exercising our smile today. A smile is a softener of emotional and spiritual stress.

“Transformation is possible. If I am smiling here in Rome in front of all of you, it is because non-attachment and neutrality have transformed scarcity into infinite possibilities, from being a victim to becoming an aware leader, by turning fear into power. We are all masters of our own destiny. I dream of a world free of emotional stress,” the communicator and bestselling author concluded to a standing ovation.

TEDx is a program of TED, which involves holding local events independently, to develop “ideas that deserve to be shared.”

May 28, 2018 by forimmediaterelease.net -

1- faça exames de consciência: observe-se constantemente. Seja testemunha de suas próprias emoções e reações. Estude o cérebro, reconecte a mente e eleve a consciência. Em nível consciente, somos poderosos observadores e criadores;

2- seja como o bambu: ele é vazio e flexível. Inclina-se para enfrentar o vento e sobrevive em qualquer clima. A flexibilidade nos ajuda a navegar pelo rio da incerteza;

“A transformação é possível. Somos todos donos do nosso destino.

May 28, 2018 by forimmediaterelease.net -

Test invernali SEAT: cinque prove estreme nel gelo artico

March 19, 2018 by forimmediaterelease.net -

MARTORELL, Spagna, March 19, 2018 /PRNewswire/ —

If the vehicle veers off course, the ESC system (electronic stability control) controls the wheels to correct the vehicle’s direction of travel (PRNewsfoto/SEAT)

Oceanco Delivers the 106.7m (350ft) Black Pearl — The Largest Dynarig Sailing Yacht in the World

March 16, 2018 by forimmediaterelease.net -

ALBLASSERDAM, Netherlands, March 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ —

The 106.7m (350ft) three-masted sailing yacht Black Pearl is unlike any yacht the world has ever seen. This unique and complex vessel is the realization of a discerning Owner’s vision. She is the result of an elaborate and successful collaboration on the part of an international group of designers, engineers, naval architects, builders, and project managers.

The designers Ken Freivokh Design, Nuvolari Lenard and Villate Design all played a significant role in Black Pearl‘s design evolution. Dykstra Naval Architects designed Black Pearl‘s three 70 meter (230ft) DynaRig carbon masts and sailing system. The sail area is subdivided into smaller lesser-loaded sails and they can be set or furled by pushing a button. Astonishingly, all 2,900 square meter of sails can be set in 7 minutes.

BMT, Nigel Gee collaborated with Oceanco to create Black Pearl‘s hybrid propulsion system as well as other onboard systems such as waste heat recovery.

Since her launch, Black Pearl has proven to be a new generation landmark sailing yacht with a unique identity. Not only is she the largest sailing yacht in the world, but her unique features such as the state of the art DynaRig system, single level engine room, a hybrid propulsion installation and regeneration mode when under sail – she is set to turn heads the world over – and for decades to come.
