After exploring the charming downtown, the hotel’s inviting living room lobby with its roaring fireplace, live piano music, and lovely winter décor provides the perfect respite for tea. The hotel’s annual Holiday Tea offers a relaxing oasis for all ages to enjoy the tastes of the season, including house-made pastries, scones, petite sandwiches, caviar, quiche, custom blend teas, classic cocktails, and other holiday fare from Dry Creek Kitchen, the hotel’s acclaimed restaurant. The holiday tea starts at $79 for adults and $49 for children under 12 and is available Saturdays and Sundays from December 7 through 22 between 1 to 2:30 p.m. Reservations can be made via OpenTable.
Visitors and locals alike can enjoy the hotel’s lively jazz music series, presented in partnership with Healdsburg Jazz, while basking in the glow of the twinkling lights of the spacious lobby. The live performances feature the region’s best musicians playing an eclectic mix of jazz with diverse influences, such as Cuban, gypsy, blues, and Brazilian. At Spirit Bar, in the hotel’s fireplace lobby lounge, guests can order from the extensive drinks and wine menu and an array of small bite treats from Dry Creek Kitchen. Performances are scheduled on Saturdays from 6 – 9 p.m.
Hotel Healdsburg will also host holiday celebrations. On Friday, December 6, guests and locals are invited to gather around the property’s lobby fireplace before or after the town’s annual Merry Healdsburg Christmas Tree Lighting eventto enjoylive music, complimentary holiday cookies, and festive beverages such as cider, hot chocolate, mulled wine, and craft cocktails available for purchase from the Spirit Bar. The unveiling of a magical Wine Country Gingerbread House created by Dry Creek Kitchen’s talented Pastry Chef Taylor Kelly will take place at 5 p.m. The Tree Lighting follows at 6 p.m. and includes a musical performance by The Sugarplums, in addition to complimentary photos with Santa Claus.
Hotel Healdsburg’s New Year’s Eve celebration begins at 9 p.m. on December 31. Guests are welcome to gather in the hotel’s lobby to enjoy live music, while ringing in 2025. Additionally on New Year’s Eve, Dry Creek Kitchen’s culinary team will offer a decadent six-course menu of seasonally inspired Wine Country fare. It is priced at $195 per person with an optional $95 wine pairing and can be booked from 5-7:15 p.m.

Overnight guests are invited to relish in the “Winter Bliss” package featuring 15% off the nightly room rate plus a $100 per night property credit for a suite booking, or $50 per night credit for a Sonoma King, Premier King or Double Queen booking.
