ADELAIDE – Hilton Adelaide will again surpass expectation with the unveiling of this season’s High Tea at an intimate afternoon launch.
The private event on Saturday 13th October will also signify their inaugural fundraising partnership with Catherine House, a pioneering collaboration which will help support women in need of emergency housing.
Peer Norsell, general manager, Hilton Adelaide, said, “This season’s menu launch will be celebrated with a spectacular afternoon event,”
“It is only fitting to launch a beautiful High Tea season with the opportunity for invited guests to not only experience and enjoy the menu, but also support and raise funds for our wonderful charity partner, Catherine House.”
“We’re taking High Tea to new heights – and we can’t wait to welcome the public in for a sophisticated afternoon experience. With spring well and truly underway, it is an opportune time for Hilton Adelaide guests to enjoy a few hours of blissful indulgence with the Hilton High Tea”.
High Tea this season has been inspired by the elegance and beauty of a classic high tea, with a contemporary twist, and a real focus on the flavour combinations; making sure each bite and morsel is complementary to the overall experience.
The experience is designed for friends, small groups, parties or even birthdays to enjoy a wonderful afternoon event of delicate, yet substantial offerings. It is a thrill to bring friends and family together to indulge in an afternoon of champagne, bite-sized food that is delicious but also allows for social connections, for people of all ages.
Hilton Adelaide’s High Tea offering includes three tiers of sweet and savoury, from soft macaroons, red velvet cake with strawberries, and decadent lemon meringue tarts, through to house made pork sausage rolls, and the Chef’s favourite, classic Paris-Brest choux pastry.
For a luxurious tea experience, the Hilton Adelaide will be offering La Maison Du The’ tea. Blended and packed in France, their tea is crafted by one of the oldest tea-blenders in Paris.
Seven delicious flavours will be on offer; Peppermint, Lemon and Ginger, Camomile, Darjeling, Green Tea, and the classic English Breakfast and Earl Grey – ensuring that you’re left with a distinct and memorable drinking experience.
