Best time to trek Annapurna
There are two main seasons for trekking in Nepal. The first one is the end of October – November, when the weather is dry and warm. The second is the beginning of spring from April to May, when it may be wetter, but the flowers are blooming. We were on the trek in mid-April and rained in the afternoons on some, but also on sunny days.

Permits for Annapurna Trek
In order to travel in most parts of Nepal, you will need a TIM card and a permit. These are available in the tourist centers in Kathmandu or Pokhara. The Pokhara is just a short walk from the tourist bus stop, so it is fine if you come to Pokhara.
