Adams encourages diners to loosen their ties with a selection of crudo and small plates such as Hot Grilled Oysters with nasturtium-garlic butter and horseradish deviled eggs and Scallop Crudo with whipped lemon yogurt, melon cukes and turmeric-ginger honey; and Whole Steamed Lobster poached in crème fraîche with cured olives and bronze fennel; a modern take on JFK’s signature Roast Chicken with Lemon Balm Roast Chicken with basil mashed potatoes and sliced beefsteak tomatoes; and a Grilled Lamb Rack with mint chutney, Hakurei turnips and fried herbs.
