Jamaica’s Minister of Tourism, Edmund Bartlett, has appointed Ryan Parkes as Chairman of the Tourism Enhancement Fund (TEF), effective May 1, 2026, succeeding long-serving chairman Godfrey Dyer after more than 14 years of leadership.
