Ascott opens first property on Jeju Island

CapitaLand’s wholly owned serviced residence business unit, The Ascott Limited (Ascott) is opening Somerset Jeju Shinhwa World, its first property on Jeju Island on 25 April 2017. Somerset Jeju Shinhwa World marks Ascott’s fourth property in South Korea, expanding its network beyond Seoul and Busan. The new property entrenches Ascott’s position as the largest international serviced residence owner-operator in Korea.
