Wine and spirits négociant, 3 Badge Beverage Corporation, today announced promotions for its Mixology and Enology portfolios.

At 3 Badge Beverage Corporation, Eric Timmerman has been promoted to Vice President, National Sales Manager for the Mixology portfolio, and Harvard Gates has ascended to Vice President, National Sales Manager for the Enology portfolio. These promotions represent the company’s ambition to meet the ongoing demand and rising popularity of its wines and spirits brands nationwide.

Promoted from his role as National Sales Manager, Eric Timmerman brings more than 25 years of wine and spirits experience to his newly appointed position of Vice President, National Sales Manager of the Mixology portfolio at 3 Badge Beverage. Timmerman began his career with the company in 2018 overseeing all national distributor and retailer relationships for Uncle Val’s Gin, Kirk and Sweeney Rum, Pasote Tequila, Bozal Mezcal, Quechol Sotol, Benjamin Chapman Whiskey and La Pivon Vermouth lines. Prior to that, he held executive leadership, sales, and brand development positions with AmBrabev, LLC., Fuzzy’s Liquor, and Olinger Distribution Company in Indiana and Kentucky.

Newly elevated to Vice President, National Sales Manager for the Enology portfolio, Harvard Gates has been with 3 Badge Beverage since 2011. During that time, he led all facets of sales and marketing for the Northeast United States region that covered fourteen states stretching from Maine to West Virginia.  In 2015, Gates was promoted to Sales Manager, Eastern Region in April of 2015, and then was elevated with a secondary promotion to National Sales Manager in August of the same year. Over his career, he has held sales leadership positions with Clos LaChance Wines, Testa Vines of the World, Zodiac Spirits, Global Wine Group, Paramount Brands, and Southern Wine & Spirits.

In addition, the company is partnering with Mark Lusignan, Owner of Liquid Courage LLC., in the Dallas/Fort Worth market in support of the 3 Badge Mixology portfolio. Lusignan will be instrumental in the continued elevation of the spirits portfolio through account visits, brand tastings, on premise events and expanding distribution in all channels in the Texas market.
